Welcome to the third edition of ICA Weekend. The theme this year is ‘Identity, Assimilation and Survival: Street food as a Lens to Migration’.
Join us at Indian International Center in Delhi on 19th April to explore the concept of streetfood the way it has never been done on one platform. We are not just bringing together different stakeholders but we are also bringing in perspectives from other countries that have set a benchmark in streetfood.
We will be talking about streetfood in the context of vending in urban cities and urban planning; migration and identity; and in the light of current scenario, ICA will also bring the spotlight on energy security and sovereignty for the food and hospitality sector, including streetfood vendors.
There will be also be presentations by the shortlisted writers for the ICA Prize for Indian Food Writing. Be there for the discussions, for the networking and to watch the winning pitch.
