Indian Culinary Heritage
Needs A New ScriptImagine enabling an ecosytem where Indian food, agriculture and culinary ecosystem attracts and rewards the most talented knowledge creators. There is an increasing demand for accurate information and literature about local ingredients, practices and shared histories thereof. But given the lack of formal training or access to resources, knowledge about Indian food across media and platforms leaves a lot to be desired.
ICA is not another litfest or publishing platform or literary agent. It is an endeavour by the food writers to share resources, enable access and pass on working knowledge about the culinary and literary worlds. We believe in supporting scientific and objective writing that is assertive without being jingostic. If you share the ethos, we are looking forward to building this platform for you, with you.
