Chef Partner at Theta Theta Telugu & Coffee Sangam
Vignesh Started his career with Starwood Asia Pacific as a Graduate Management Associate and worked at The Westin Chennai & Gurgaon. He then moved on to pursue his passion in progressive Indian food under the mentorship of Chef Manish Mehrotra at Indian Accent, Vignesh was instrumental in curating and designing the Menu for the first of its kind progressive vegetarian restaurant in Chennai – VB Signature. He later opened the award-winning restaurant Once Upon a Time in Hyderabad and ran a progressive Indian bar named Noya before moving on to his current role as Chef Partner with Theta Theta Telugu & Coffee Sangam.
Vignesh specializes in crafting unique food experiences by presenting Indian cuisines in a new Avatar. He wants to put Indian and Majorly south Indian food on the map and elevate it for the younger generations to appreciate and enjoy the vast cuisines of India.
