ESG Consultant, Masters on food waste managment in Bangkok

Saida Samara Khan is an anthropologist, and an experienced grants and program manager at the intersection of human rights, ethical supply chains, sustainability governance, and international development in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Experienced in project execution and advisory to global businesses on supply chain management, including: ESG implementation, human rights due diligence program development, labor standards compliance remediation/corrective action program, and responsible sourcing best practices since 2016.

Currently undertaking postgraduate research at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand, examining food‑waste generation and segregation practices in Bangkok’s tourism sectorrestaurants to support circular economy strategies and sustainable urban waste management policy.

Countries of Professional Experience: Bangladesh, Thailand, Qatar, United Kingdom, United States.
