Spending more than a decade with hotels and restaurants in India.He worked in Goa for a long time where his love for regional cuisine was ignited. Rachit's true calling lay in exploring the heart of Odia food. He ventured beyond the confines of professional kitchens, delving into the bustling haats (markets) and immersing himself in the rich traditions of his homeland. Rachit's culinary philosophy is rooted in respect for local ingredients and a desire to present them in a fresh, contemporary light. He champions lesser-known treasures like red ants and paddy straw mushrooms, weaving them into captivating dishes that tantalize taste buds and spark conversation. Whether it's through pop-up events like "The Odisha Table" or his consulting work, Rachit is dedicated to breaking down barriers and introducing the world to the unique flavors of Odisha. He's not just cooking food; he's sharing stories, memories, and a love for his heritage, one delicious bite at a time.
