She has contributed to The Bloomsbury Handbook of Indian Cuisine; presented at the prestigious Oxford Food Symposium in 2022 and frequently writers for newspapers. She researches on ancient and medieval Indian food and turns them into curated culinary experiences via ForkTales. When not researching, Tanushree works for The World Bank.
